
Living with someone who is gluten intolerant in very difficult to deal with. We have made some really good gluten free meals. The other night we wanted desert so we decided to make gluten free apple crisp. You start by slicing some apples into thin pieces and place them in a bowl. To the bowl add cinnamon, sugar, nutmeg, or any other seasonings of flavor you enjoy. Mix the apples together and spread into a dish. Add a little of liquid and a little but all over the apples. We then spread gluten free oats all over the top. Pop it in the oven around 350 degrees and let cook for about 30-45 minutes. We like to serve a la mode and enjoy. There are many different recipes that one could try, so enjoy.
