spicy food



My whole life I have been exposed to different food from other cultures, but Korean food is by far my favorite. I like to sweat when I eat and this will most likely to when eating kimchi. This spicey root vegatable is used as a side dish for almost every meal of the day in traditional korean households.

Kimchi can be added in a multitide of ways ranging from cooking into a soup or just eating with steamed rice wrapped in sea weed. My dad and I even make our own version of a korean lunch by mixing boiled hot dogs steamed white rice and kimchi dashed with oil and soy, which shows the diversity of meals supported by this super food.
